The Group and their Bard get a chance to learn more about the Gem that destroyed half of Tarin. Learning a little bit more about the true intentions of Libra. Some might see a city for the buildings that are there but the true heart of the city is the people that make it. Tarin is broken but they will rebuild thanks to To Be Determined.
